HEARING OF CASE and CONSIDERATION AND DETERMINATION OF CASE

Request submitted by Mike Graff, on behalf of Micro Rentals Morehead, LLC, for a special-use permit under Articles 4-8 and 11 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to allow for “Boat Storage” at 5495 Highway 70, zoned CH (Highway Commercial District).
