Approve Request to Authorize Addition of Recreation Center Coordinator Position Under the FY2020/2021 Budget.

Adopt Resolution 2021-R-25 Endorsing the Carteret Community College Spanish Mackerel and Dolphin Fishing Tournament and Authorizing Action Necessary for the Event to be Held July 10-11, 2021, With a Rain Date of July 17-18, 2021.

Consider Adoption of Ordinance 2021-O-14 Approving City-Initiated Text Amendment of the Town's Entire Unified Development Ordinance for Mandated Compliance with New Statutory Changes Contained in the NCGS 160D, and Resolution 2021-R-22 of Plan Consistency in Accordance with NCGS 160D-605 for Map Amendment if Found to be Consistent with the Most Recently Adopted CAMA Land Use Plan.

Consider Adoption of Ordinance 2021-O-15 to Amend the Unified Development Ordinance to Define a Separate Dwelling Unit Known as "In-Law Quarters" Under Article 2, to Allow In-Law Quarters as a Permitted Use in the R20 (Single-Family Residential) District Under Article 11-3: The Table of Permissible and Special Uses, and to Add Requirements for the In-Law Quarters Under Article 14-51 Including That They Only be Allowed on Parcels Ten (10) Acres or Greater in Size, and Resolution 2021-R-23 of Plan Consistency in Accordance with NCSG 160D-605 for Map Amendment if Found to be Consistent with the Most Recently Adopted CAMA Land Use Plan..

Consider Adoption of Ordinance 2021-O-16 Approving to Rezone Five (5) Parcels Including 4738, 4716, 4712, 4708, and One Unaddressed Parcel on Arendell Street (PIN #'s 636611553236000, 636611555118000, 636611555191000, 636611555064000, and 636611556242000) from R15 (Single-Family Residential) and CH (Highway Commercial) Districts to CH-CZ (Highway Commercial-Conditional Zoning) District, and Resolution 2021-R-24 of Plan Consistency in Accordance with NCGS 160D-6-5 for Map Amendment if Found to be Consistent with the Most Recently Adopted CAMA Land Use Plan/

Consider Adoption of FY2021/2022 Budget Ordinance 2021-19.1, Governmental Capital Project Fund Budget Ordinance Amendment 2021-19.2, and Water & Sewer Capital Project Fund Budget Ordinance Amendment 2021-19.3 Effective July 1, 2021, and Resolution 2021-R-21 to Repeal Resolution 1998-12 Authorizing A Two Percent Discount for Prepayment of Property Taxes Effective Upon Adoption.

Amounts have been changed as requested by Town Council from those previously advertised and presented.
