Request submitted by the Cullipher Group, on behalf of Bell Investment Group, LLC, to revise the approved Sketch Development Plan for Morey’s Point by reducing the density from 15 to 6 single-family residential lots for a requested 6-lot subdivision to be known as Morey’s Point on property located at 4700 South Shore Drive (TAX PIN #636615625613000).
Request submitted by Carl Edwards, on behalf of Eastern Outdoor Marketing, Inc., to amend the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Subsection 19-3.4(B)(1) and Table 19-7.1 by removing the requirement that the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) issue an electronic message board sign prior to the Town of Morehead City’s issuance of an electronic changeable copy sign which exceeds fifty percent of the total sign area.
Request received from The Cullipher Group. P.A., on behalf of Pinnacle Storage of Morehead, LLC, for review of an alternate landscape plan for Pinnacle Storage located at 5476 and 5486 Highway 70 and 113 and 123 Wildwood Road per Subsection 15-5.1 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
