Working with the various departments for the city, the Information Technology (IT) Services Department is responsible for managing, maintaining, and development of computer based services. We are dedicated to providing quality service for those departments that we support.
The IT Services Department duties include Help Desk support and troubleshooting, email account support, user account administration, software and server installations, hardware repair, and replacement cycle maintenance. We are responsible for maintaining my than a half-million dollars in assets to include computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, cellphones, tablets and servers.

Established in 2014, the IT Services Department was created with the goal of creating a centralized services that provides support for all of the city’s technology needs. We have created a structured environment that supports Apple, Microsoft, Linux, and Android based devices with security being of upmost importance. Our goal is to provide un-compromised support for the departments that keep the city running and safe.
