Partnering with the Town of Morehead City departments and employees to attract, hire, develop, motivate, and retain a qualified, diverse workforce dedicated to working together to deliver high quality services to the community.

Human Resources Responsibilities

The Human Resources function includes recruitment and selection, job classification and compensation, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, development and administration of related policies, health and safety management, wellness initiatives, employee training and development, public and employee relations, and workers' compensation administration.
